What is Networking? 
In the world of computers, networking is the practice of interfacing two or more computing devices with each other for the purpose of sharing data. Computer networks are built with a combination of hardware and software.  



Networking is the construction, design, and use of a network, including the physical (cabling, hub, bridge, switch, router, and so forth), the selection and use of telecommunication protocol and computer software for using and managing the network, and the establishment of operation policies and procedures

 Local Area Network (LAN) 
local area network is a network that connects computers and devices in a limited geographically area such as a home, school computer laboratory, office building. 


Metropolitan Area Network (MAN)  
Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) is high speed network that connect local area network in Metropolitan Area such as city or town and handles bulk of communication activity across the region.  


Wide Area Network (WAN)
